For heavy-traffic sections with acidic or alkaline aggregates, as well as pavement areas prone to water damage, the use of asphalt anti-stripping agent is recommended. This product improves the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate, helping reduce pavement stripping and deterioration. The dosage directly affects the final performance.

The typical dosage is 0.2%–0.5% by weight of asphalt, equivalent to 2–5 kg per ton of asphalt. Recommended dosages based on asphalt type and aggregate properties:

    Penetration grade road asphalt with acidic aggregates (basalt, granite, etc.): 0.3%–0.5%

    Modified asphalt: 0.2%–0.3%

In practical construction, the optimal dosage should be determined by site tests according to local conditions.

Recently, we conducted anti-stripping tests using pebbles as aggregate, based on client-provided stone data. Results show:

    At 0.3% dosage: the product performs well overall

    At 0.5% dosage: anti-stripping performance is slightly better than at 0.3%
